Hire Charges

Availability is between February and November

Hire Charges as Follows

February, March and November:

£100 per night, minimum of 3 nights

£250 for 2 nights

June:

£115 per night,

July:

£150 per night, minimum of 3 nights

£375 for 2 nights

April May September and October:

£115 per night, minimum of 3 nights

£287.50 for 2 nights

August:

£150 per night, minimum of 4 nights

Bank Holidays
Only availible to hire for a minimum of 4 nights

10% OFF when you book 7 nights or more

Returning hirers get 5% OFF the hire charge

Mileage

2 nights maximum of 750 miles

3 nights maximum of 1000 miles

4-6 nights maximum of 1500 miles

7 nights or more 2000 miles

If you go over it will cost a further £1 per mile and will come out of damage deposit

Booking Deposit

There is a non-refundable booking deposit of £250, which cannot be transferred to another date.

Must be made via bank transfer four weeks before the holiday and we do not accept credit cards.

Remaining Balance

Once paid, it is non-refundable regardless of cancellation circumstances.

Unless the motorhome has a fault we cannot fix in time, you will receive your entire payment, including booking deposit.

Damage Deposit

There is a £1000 damage deposit to be paid 5 days prior to holiday.

This is fully refundable if no damages or losses occur, and is received within the 48th hour of your return.

Drivers
The motorhome can be on a normal driver’s license.
Minimum age of 25 years, maximum age of 74 years.
All drivers must have a full license, held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points. This will be checked before the hire agreement.
Our insurance covers 1 driver, additional driers are an extra £10 each, with a maximum of 3 drivers.

We will ask you for your National Insurance number as well as your driver’s license.

3 forms of ID are required from within the last 3 months:

Council tax or Bank statement
2 Utility bills

Dogs

NOW GO FREE!

We allow up to 2 behaved dogs.

You must supply their bedding, bowls, toys etc.

Please do not allow them on the seating, as this may tear due to claws.

Bedding and Towels

These are not provided with the hire price for the motorhome.

You can hire the bedding/towel set for £15 per set.

We have 3 sets, each being enough for 1 bed and enough towels for 2 people.

T-Towels

These are provided but please leave them to be washed.

If you take them with you, you will incur a fee.

Collection and Return

Collection is from our home in Hartley.

You are welcome to leave your vehicle with us while you’re away.

We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle whilst at our home.

Collection is 11am.

Return is 1pm.

Later returns are occasionally accepted if arranged when booking, and there will be a charge of £25 per hour or part of.

If unarranged and you return past 1pm, you will incur a fee of £50 per hour.

New for 25/26

If you with to take the motorhome earlir than 11am, you may hire it from 6pm the day before so you can pack and leave early.

All we ask is you eave no earlier than 7am.

The hire charger will be half a nights charge, and will depend on the time of year.

If you are found leaving earlier than 7am, you will be charged a full days hire.

Toilet

Please empty the toilet cassette before returning.

Should any waste be left, there will be a fee of £50.

Waste Water & Fresh Water Tanks

Please empty before returning.
